The renovation of the existing 5-star hotel’s restaurant posed a significant challenge, requiring minimal downtime and seamless transition to a temporary banquet hall setup. The client demanded uninterrupted hotel operations during the construction and renovation phase.
To meet the stringent requirements, our team adopted a strategic approach. We expedited the design and planning phase, ensuring swift approval and commencement of work. To minimize on-site construction, we imported and pre-fabricated FF&E sets, which were directly installed upon arrival. Civil works were optimized and streamlined, while a professional kitchen consultancy was engaged to design and implement the centralized kitchen. This meticulous planning enabled efficient execution, ensuring the project’s timely completion without disrupting the hotel’s regular operations.
