Through our design we engage unique guest experiences, brand loyalty and value association. We interact and coordinate with brands, businesses, developers and operators to deliver value engineered, housekeeping friendly & aesthetic designs solutions for hotels, resorts, spas, restaurants and bars.

RESIDENTIAL DESIGN

CDE's role is to design and deliver contemporary, efficient and smart housing solutions for a diverse society. Our approach is broad and multidisciplinary, ranging from master planning to interiors, with our work spanning from affordable to the luxury segments.

COMMERCIAL DESIGN

Our primary focus in Commercial design is retail designs and office designs. In retail design we cater to large format retail stores, fashion boutiques as well as standalone stores. In office designs we specialise in carving out functionally efficient spaces for various brand specific requirements.

CONCEPT & IDEA
DESIGN & DEVELOP
FINALIZE & IMPLEMENT

Understand the scope of the project. Identify client needs, preferences and design intent. Brief overview of time lines and budgets.

Preliminary evaluation of the site. Exploring design language and styles. Preparing schematics.

Prepare complete set of technical drawings. Prepare complete FF&E sets. Finalization of materials and finishes. Integration of MEP services.

Appointing contractors/vendors & review the design proposals with them in detail. Work closely with contractors & FF&E team on project site. Ensure efficient and successful implementation of all FF&E. Handover of site.
