Designed as a contemporary business hotel, the project combines efficient architecture with elegant interiors to create a comfortable, durable, and brand-consistent hospitality experience.
The project required creating a contemporary business hotel within an industrial SEZ while adhering to ITC Fortune brand standards, responding to the harsh coastal climate, accommodating high guest turnover, and delivering efficient planning, durable construction, and a consistent hospitality experience.
The hotel was designed with a robust, low-maintenance material palette, climate-responsive architectural strategies, and efficient spatial planning, while contemporary interiors, warm finishes, and thoughtfully integrated landscape elements were incorporated to create a comfortable, welcoming, and brand-aligned experience for business travellers.
“I can recommend Archdeco highly enough. They took my ideas and made them even better, and had all sorts of suggestions for details I would never have thought of, which made all the difference to the end result. The team totally got what I wanted and always managed to find just the right piece or the right style.”

“We purchased a wonderful north facing one acre block of land in Daylesford, to build an eco-friendly, stabilised rammed earth home. We are thrilled with the end result – with the quality of workmanship, the materials used and with the wonderful flexibility we had as we built this house.
